The latest rumors revealed that the Realme U2 will come with a 6.4-inch LCD screen with a water drop notch. The phone will be powered by MediaTek Helio G90T chip processor, which has been used on Redmi Note 8 Pro. In addition, the phone will offer up to 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM memory options.

In terms of camera, the Realme U2 will be equipped with triple rear cameras with the combination of a 48MP primary lens, an 8MP wide angle lens and a 2MP depth lens. Meanwhile, there will be a 32MP lens for selfie.

Another expected highlight of the Realme U2 is that it will be equipped with a large 5000mAh battery. Moreover, it will support 30W fast charging.

Realme U2 will be the competitor of the Redmi Note 8 Pro

According to the rumored specs, the Realme U2 is expected to compete with Redmi Note 8 Pro. As it will offer the same processor as the Redmi Note 8 Pro - MediaTek Helio G90T chip. And it will offer a larger battery of 5000mAh with the support of 30W fast charging than the 4500mAh than the Redmi Note 8 Pro. However, the Realme U2 may not offer the 64MP high pixels of rear camera lens that has been equipped on the Redmi Note 8 Pro.

If the Realme U2 are designed to compete with Redmi Note 8 Pro, then their price will be very close. The price of the Redmi Note 8 Pro starts from Rs. 14,999 in India, so the Realme U2 will come with almost the same price. It is very likely that the Realme U2 will be cheaper than the Redmi Note 8 Pro if it doesn’t offer the 64MP primary lens. There are also rumors expect that the Realme U2 in India will start from Rs. 9,999.
