How to soft reset Xiaomi Mi TV to factory settings?

Step 1: Turn on you Xiaomi Mi TV, and go to "Settings".

Step 2: Select "General Settings".

Step 3: Then scroll down to the "Factory Reset" option and click it.

Notice: Other Xiaomi TV sets may be different and some TVs has "Factory Reset" inside "About" icons.

How to hard reset Xiaomi Mi TV to factory settings?

● For the Xiaomi Infra-red TV remote controller

Step 1: Disconnect the electricity to the TV and wait for about 20 seconds for TV to discharge all stored values.
